「Wir waren für 2 Nächte in Matala. Check in distanziert und wenige, eher lustlose Infos. Unsere Reservierung wurde nicht gefunden, leider hatte man eher das Gefühl, das dass unsere Schuld war. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig, das Bad schön mit ordentlich Wasserdruck. Balkon eher lieblos, kein einziger Schattenplatz, nur durch eine kleine Mauer vom Nachbarn abgetrennt. Dadurch kaum Nutzbar und zudem laut. Strom funktioniert nur mit eingesteckter Zimmerkarte. Pool nur zwischen 8 und 20 Uhr geöffnet....

Slow drain and small shower cubicle wirh no curtain: flooding on floor everytime we showered . Dont stay in room 128. Our AC kept our room cool,however everyday we would leave and the housekeeper would open the patio doors and leave them unlocked. We reported this to management. 「Beautiful apartment clean and well maintained with daily service and access to kitchen, garden, Wi-Fi and what a great host! Thomas gave us great advice and helped book a taxi to the airport. Location was perfect close to many restaurants shops and ancient sites. Walking distance no car or bus needed. You won't be disappointed here. We would love to stay again next year! ☆☆☆☆☆」
