「There isnt anyone working at the front desk, seems to be no staff on site but they are accessible by phone/text. Only 6 parking spots for all of the hotel. We had to park on the street since its first come first serve 」

「We came to Buffalo for the Falls; and enjoying the city. The bed and breakfast was an “add on” to the experience. Buffalo Harmony House MADE the experience. We plan to stay again when we’re back later this year for a Patriots game. LOVE the hosts and the staff. They made it amazing for us! Breakfast was TOP TIER!」

「This place would not be to everyone's taste. It is not a regular corporate-type hotel and it looks a bit sketchy from the outside. A neighboring building is boarded up. The upstairs is a maze of tiny rooms. Shower down the hall. But the staff are friendly and helpful. It's in an interesting neighborhood one block from busy Delaware Ave and set among wonderful old mansions. My room was tiny but comfortable and quiet. If I return to Buffalo I will certainly stay here again.」

「It’s an older building, and you can tell. The elevator scared me, the doors didn’t want to close at one point and the noise was a bit unnerving. The rooms were clean but didn’t feel like a hotel, more like a one room apartment building. Not somewhere I would feel comfortable going again.」

「Beautiful old mansion lovingly restored with so much charm! This was a fantastic location for our needs. We were able to walk past estates and cute cottages with beautiful gardens to shops and restaurants for breakfast and lunch. Close to the Buffalo History Museum and other local attractions and about 20 minutes from Niagara Falls. Our host was able to let us have an early check in time and he gave us a tour of the house with some interesting background info. He lives quietly on the third...

「Hotel is good and comfortable. However, the nearby environment is not too convenient for international tourists. Parking fee needs to download app and does not accept international credit card. Luckily, Hotel can help to register my rental car plate number and pay for us.」
