「This is an accommodation without a reception on the premises, Had asked for early check-in, but did not get a useful response. Communicated efficiently via Expedia messaging system to get access to luggage storage and had expected to receive codes for the room via the same channel. However, waited until half an hour after the latest check-in time and then contacted the off-site office and was told that they did not have a contact information that could be used. Room was OK, although there was a...

「The location is out of the way but with easy transit connection. We had to reach out on WhatsApp to get the door codes. We chose it for parking but host at first did not give us a spot (had to ask). The Wi-Fi was surprisingly not functional and the TV cable was unplugged behind a chair. Otherwise it was clean and comfortable. The staff was super responsive on WhatsApp, though, and tried to help with the TV (which we sorted out after all, though after missing a chunk of a World Cup game).」

「The apartment itself was nice. However, the bathroom has a sewage smell eminating from the shower drain. When the bathroom door was left open, the smell filled the room and we needed to open the windows. They advertise there is a washer and a dryer included in the apartment. We booked this room specifically because of the washer and dryer. They did not mention in the advertisement the dryer did not work and have a piece of paper next to it saying the dryer is out of service. The washer was also...

「Great accomodation, especially for the price paid. Lovely comfortable self-contained flat, fully equipped kitchen, and a very good shower. Short walk from all major old town attraction, and the coach pick-up point for our Auschwitz and Salt Mine daytrips were located just 5min walk round the corner. Plenty of takeaways and Zabka stores nearby, as well as being across the road from a train station for extra connectivity. For info, cost of the Bolt from accomodation to airport at 0400 was less...

「The apartment is cosy, but comfortable. Though it sleeps 4, there is only a 2 seat sofa which was a bit odd. Also, there was only one cereal bowl. We had all we needed for a comfortable stay and the apartment was in a great location. Access is easy and there is a tiny lift to get suitcases up to the first floor. The stairs are gentle and not at all steep to the actual apartment. The stairs up to the loft bed would be tricky for anyone with any agility issues. All communications with host were...
