Staffs are helpful
The hotel ocation is good as it is very close to the JR station and umie shopping mall.
The triple room is big and its view is nice as well. But it is a bit hot in the room, even turn on the air conditioner to 20 degrees (which is already the lowest degree you can abjusted).
Overall my comment is good. The room is big and clean. However, the air-conditioner did not work properly. I requested to change another room but the hotel was full.
