The staff were very friendly. Even with limited English, they tried the best in helping. I had an issue with another upcoming accommodation, the receptionist helped me call to secure my reservation. The location was perfect. Close to the station, shopping and eatery.

Good hotel at a fair price

We like our stay at Brenza Hotel. The road work around the hotel makes it harder to get to the different trains. They closed the nearest crosswalk to the train station. Every else is great. Lawsons is just 1 minute away .JR station is 10 to 15 mins. Hanshin rail is the hardest to get to. I would stay there next time in Kobe.

駅からのアクセスがよく便利。 周辺にコンビニや飲食店も多く、短期滞在なら全く困らない。 これはホテルというより予約システムの問題かもしれないが、3連泊したが毎日清掃ではないプランになっていた。後から見直してみてもそうした表記はなかったように思う。

相隔一年再次入住，服務人員還是十分親切，附近離三宮站步行只要3分鐘左右，不過大門旁邊施工要繞路比較麻煩，飯店後方就有Aeon超市跟好幾家連鎖餐飲店相當方便

バスタブが深くて出張の疲れを癒せました お部屋も清潔感があり好印象ですが チェックイン後に金庫の電池が切れて使えなかったりいたり最終日に朝食から戻った際に部屋の電池が切れているとかで部屋に入れなくなり人手がなく手薄のスタッフの対応で数十分も費やし新幹線に間に合わないのではと焦りました。これはマズイ。朝食は仕事への出発を考慮し６時からだとありがたいです
