"1990's decor in the room,up dated bathroom, huge wardrobes. No luggage racks,except for a small cut out. Once again we had to improvise. Bed's comfortable. Parking off road awesome, breakfast ok,staff were a little tired and weren't helpful as they tried to close well before 11oclock. Obviously not happy with people on holiday when they weren't. Front counter staff helpful and very accommodating. Casino was clean and fun."

"The room was poorly cleaned on our first day with stained carpets. There was never anyone around at the pool/sauna desk and nobody could explain if the sauna was included or charged so we didn’t use it. Breakfast was reasonable with good choices. A lot of children staying here so better for families I think. I would say that despite being in the four star section, it was more like a three star. No minibar or room service menu. "This Hotel is a family business and you can tell by the care that is taken in making it a special place. We have stayed here a few times and always had a great time. This time we experienced the aperitivo in their lovely American bar 'Insolito', buzzing with people sipping Aperol Spritz and cocktails. We've heard that the restaurant here offers excellent food but we haven't tried it yet. The free use of the swimming pool is definitely a plus when staying in one of their rooms. All in all a great hotel in Udine."
