Hotel situato in una bella zona leggermente in alto a 5 6 passi dal centro che dopo aversi "abbuffato" una passeggiata fa' bene. Anche la cucina è stata ottima.

Hotel in fase di ristrutturazione, ma è stato tutto comunque perfetto, dall'accoglienza al check out. Ottimi spazi comuni ben curati, area wellness raccolta ma a cui non manca nulla, ricca colazione, camera ampia e curata, splendida vista, personale gentile. Già riprenotato. Consigliato.

unser Zimmer war wundersamer Weise neu adaptiert und wirklich sehr angenehm. Restzustand des Hotels muffig + derangiert. Dringender Renovierungsbedarf, Preis für diesen Zustand überhöht. Frühstück essbar aber auch kein 4Stern Niveau.

Mega albergo a due passi dalle piste da sci

Ho prenotato con Expedia. Prenotazione effettuata senza alcuna difficoltà. la navigazione sul sito è facile e chiara. Problema: Expedia NON ha inoltrato la prenotazione all'Hotel Cervo. Per mia abitudine ho chiamato l'albergo per confermargli l'arrivo e l'ora prevista dello stesso. All'arrivo la mia prenotazione non era stata ancora inoltrata da expedia. Il personale dell'albergo, con grande professionalità e cortesia, ha fatto tutte le verifiche e mi ha trovato comunque una camera di livello pari a quella prenotata ma cosa sarebbe accaduto se in albergo non ci fosse stato più posto ( era il weekend dei campionati Italiani di sci a Tarvisio... )? Che dire dell'albergo...Personale di estrema cortesia e disponibilità. Camere piccole, buone se ci stai dentro solo per dormire. Letto durissimo, a qualcuno piace, a me no. Non ci avrei dormito una seconda notte Come albergo è ideale per gli sciatori, non per me che ci sono stato per altri motivi.

Prei leistung ist in ordnung. Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig. Das bad ist in einem sehr gepflegten zustand (frisch renoviert). Der wellnessbereich ist klein und fein! Wir werden nächste jahr wieder in diesem hotel einchecken
