Bilderna har blivit redigerade och stämmer inte överens med rummen. Smutsigt och dåligt skick, vi valde att boka nytt hotell 1h efter incheckning trots att vi visste att vi inte skulle få pengarna tillbaka.

Subpar facility but cheap

Cannot recommend this place. Yes it's a very nice view of the beach but the facilities here is subpar unfortunately

So difference from the pictures

The room and the hotel area are look so sad, dusty so difference from the pictures on website. The light in the room are not working. The room and AC smell humid :(

second visit

Second time staying at Hansa & was amazing to be back. Love the location right on the beach and close to restaurants, shops & nightlife. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Really made us feel welcome! The only thing I would say is that the place feels like it needs a renovation as some parts do look quite tired and worn. However this didn’t affect our stay as we still had everything we needed and were very comfortable. Thank you Hansa once again!

Never ever again Hansa Beach Resort

This was our worst place and stay during 4 weeks travelling around in Thailand. The shown pictures of the Bungalows are completely different as shown in Hotel com. When arriving at the"Resort" we saw a dirty place, 0 maintenance, the Pool full of dirt and green water. We claimed to receive the booked and shown Bungalow on the pictures, however alternatives look all the same: years ago they have been nice Design, but broken ans damaged things are neither repaired or maintained. You have to wach your steps on the wooden terrasse to avoid breaking through. After a horrible night we escape next day although we have planned to stay longer. If full moon Party guest are willing to spend that much money for such an ugly place managed by arrogant european staff not doing anything to change the situation it's their own story, but we have been cheated. Er cannot recommend anybody to stay in this Plage.

Nice bungalows and friendly employees

We had a really nice stay. They welcomed us with a fruit juice and the woman on the reception explained everything in a simple English. The employees where always friendly and open minded and can speak English. We had a nice breakfast with a nice view at the sea. If you want to explore the island you can order a taxi at the reception or get a taxi on the street. It's very easy to travel around the island. We joined the full moon party and the hotel offered a taxi transfer which brings you to the party and pick you up. You have the option to come back with them every hour.

Cute beach bungalows

We stayed here during the Full Moon Party and were pleased to find that the hotel offered round trip transportation to Haad Rin for 200baht. Our reservation wasn’t found upon checkin but after some help from management, we were given a room/bungalow that was the same type that we had reserved. The staff was very helpful with this all. Our stay also included breakfast, which was served at the restaurant. Highly recommend the Tribe breakfast! The hotel had a pool facing the beach and we had a view of the water from the room. Each bungalow had a hammock on the porch. The space is small but it has everything needed to relax including a mini fridge and bathtub, although we couldn’t find a stopper for the tub. The hotel also helped us rent a scooter for the day. We enjoyed our stay in Koh Phangan very much.

Hansa is a lovely little resort on the beach in a quiet area of Ko Phangan. There is everything you need very close by - within a few minutes walking distance - and if you want to do any activities or tours Natalie is only too happy to book it for you. Bathrooms have zero privacy so make sure you are really comfortable with your roommate! Be sure you try the daiquiris- amazing.

Emplacement idéal sur la plage joli cabanon literie très confortable ce qui est plutôt rare en thaïlande toute l'équipe est très sympathique disponible à noter pour ceux qui sont sensible au bruit qu'on entend tout de l'extérieur par ailleurs pas de rideaux occultants ni de volets il fait jour comme à l'extérieur

Bellissimi bungalow sulla spiaggia

I bungalow sono comodi e abbastanza puliti, situati su una spiaggia bellissima per vedere i tramonti (purtroppo però li l'acqua è piuttosto bassa e con molti sassi, quindi non è l'ideale per fare il bagno). La posizione è molto comoda come punto di partenza per esplorare tutta l'isola, soprattutto la parte nord, la più bella. Lo staff è fantastico: gentile, disponibile, sempre pronto a venir incontro a tutte le tue esigenze (noleggio del motorino, prenotazione biglietti del traghetto ecc). Molto sugestivo il bar e la piscina sulla spiaggia, dove è possibile godersi il bellissimo tramonto sorseggiando i loro ottimo cocktail. Consigliatissimo!

Enjoyed our stay - bungalows need some maintenance

Nice little resort - we loved the beach/pool bar, breakfast was good as well. Bungalows would need some investments - air con was dropping onto my face/pillow every night, water wasn't working a few times per day for a few hours (and when back on, was very dirty). Very windy area - which we actually enjoyed.
