「The pool is big, around 12m long, bigger than some other so-called "pool villa". No toothbrush and toothpaste... and when we ask, the answer is "if you want, I can ask people to go to 7-11 to get it for you" so that means it is not free... The house is big. Location is not good, but this is expected, a trip to Patong is around THB750-800 one way, to Phuket town is around THB400.」

「My room was huge, with full kitchen, living area, bedroom, bathroom. The air-con and WIFI were excellent. The staff was nice, and even provided me a free ride down to the main road. Caution: Looks like the place is still under construction - some of the areas aren't done yet. My two complaints: 1) I found a cockroach in the bathroom. I think this is kind of 'normal' for Thailand. 2) The location is in the middle of nowhere. I did manage to walk about 45 minutes to an area with food/store. But...
