「Very loud very early in our room (126) three straight mornings. Lots of booming footsteps at 6:30-7:00 AM; I'm not sure if it was housekeeping or boisterous guests (each day we stayed there were busses parked in the parking lot, so this is obviously a popular choice for large groups of kids). The hotel itself is fine - nothing special.」

「We stayed in the Kentucky Room of the Welty house for 3 nights in June 2026. We arrived about 845pm. There was no parking, but when I contacted the help line, they were able to direct me to legal (and free) parking nearby to unload. Parking was not an issue the rest of our stay. The grab and go breakfast was ok. The coffee available is all K cups, so again ok. They did have a wide selection of flavors including teas for the Keurig machine. 「This property was unique as it had a winery right on property with so many activities such as, line dancing. The food and drinks were excellent. The house was impeccable and beautifully decorated. The property is large and beautifully kept. You can tell this is a special property for the owners. Also, the staff was friendly and very attentive , I highly recommend this B&B whether it’s for a romantic getaway or any type of an event.」

Also no staff when we checked out. Rooms are nice and spacious, the outdoors patio and garden are a great opportunity to relax in, but is current quite empty; if they would make this a bit more cosy and welcoming it would be a lot better.」
