「Great breakfast and location」

「My room on the ground floor smelled like cigarette smoke masked by air freshener,」

「The room was extremely small. It was especially hard to maneuver in the bathroom. I had requested housekeeping every day and all they really did was change out the towels. The bathroom sink did not drain well and by the end of the week it was filthy.」

「This was a nice wayside hotel for a night or two. The young lady at the front counter who checked us in was very pleasant and friendly. She even offered to help us carry our luggage from our car into the hotel. Now that's great service! It rained heavily one night and a lake formed on the north side of the parking area. We had to wait a few hours for the water to subside in order to recover our car. The parking area is shared by a few businesses, and unfortunately, there are large lorries that...

Food was cold and less than average quality, staff were too busy doing stuff to be able to focus on the customers. The wi-fi was non-existent not helped by poor mobile signal.
