「My wife and I loved this place called the "west wing" (it was literally the wing of the main house occupied by our hosts.) It was charming, spacious, clean, and equipped with all one could want for a self-catering accommodation. The grounds were amazing, full of flowers, vegetable patches green house, and the list goes on. Our hosts were so nice as they helped us figure out how to run the washer/dryer (that they had never used themselves). Top notch in every way. 」

「The property was freezing cold when we arrived and hadn't been prepared at all. The bedding wasn't clean, there were sheets drying over furniture, the dishwasher was full of pots, pans and crockery and the floors were dirty. The TV didn't work properly either. Worst of all, because no one had bothered to check, there was no oil in tank so we had no heating or hot water for 3.5 days of a 5 day break. Helloguest, the managing company, were absolutely useless and didn't do what any decent company...
