「Unfortunately, our stay fell short of expectations. On arrival, around half of the cutlery and crockery was missing, and what was provided was dirty and still covered in food. There was also no washing-up liquid or sponge available until we specifically asked for it. 「We only had 1 night but we left wishing we could stay. The flat was lovely and clean and had everything we could want. The bed is super comfy. Bathroom was a good size shower was excellent. Check in was so easy. I met the gentleman and his 2 lovely boys and was sorry we didn’t see them when we left. Highly recommend.」

「Disappointed with room, cold - one radiator didn’t appear to work and one needed reprogramming in order to get warmth. The duvet was thin meaning we were cold during the night, and the bed was uncomfortable, so much so we nearly got up and drove home. Shower had black mould on head & pipe. There was a dirty towel, wedged behind the door on the bathroom floor. I went to use a beaker and saw that it was stained so gave up using anything in the kitchen.」

「Unexpected deposit admin charge, and also need a big amount of deposit, of which the property has debited my credit card instantly instead of holding the amount. Being a foreign traveler, I lost on the exchanged rate because of the buy-in and out difference from local currency, even the deposit refunded afterwards. On top of it, one of the window in apartment was blocked, the heat is unbearable. As we reported this issue to the property and had no improvement at all during our stay.」
