「Disappointed with room, cold - one radiator didn’t appear to work and one needed reprogramming in order to get warmth. The duvet was thin meaning we were cold during the night, and the bed was uncomfortable, so much so we nearly got up and drove home. Shower had black mould on head & pipe. There was a dirty towel, wedged behind the door on the bathroom floor. I went to use a beaker and saw that it was stained so gave up using anything in the kitchen.」

「I didn't realize the host would send an email to fill out. When you return this, you are then sent the code for the front door and your room. This was my fault. Thank goodness an employee spotted me because she was able to call the host and I was able to get in. I can't say enough good things about my room.
