I got room from the first floor. No views, room was spacious but that was the only positive thing to say. They need to start updating the the rooms and hotel. Every time I walked into the room, the hallway (next to kitchen) had uncomfortable smell. Breakfast was a nice surprise.

Quiet and beautiful location right next to a rushing stream. Clearly an older weathered property but everything in good working order. The street passing in front was completely dug up but no one working on it during our stay. Immediately adjacent to a great walking/biking path following the rushing stream into an Alpine valley with massive mountains on either side. Easy walk into the small town.

Sehr schönes Hotel

Das einzige was mich gestört hat, war die doch sehr laute Lüftung im Badezimmer die los ging sobald man das Licht einschaltete. Aber sonst war wirklich alles perfekt. Wenn wir wieder auf Klosters kommen sollten, dann ganz sicher wieder in dieses Hotel.

Alp-style hotel with a modern-room twist.

Great alp-style hotel with a modern twist on the rooms. Perfectly located by the river in the village on a 5-minute walk from the ski cable car. Also just next to the cross-country skiing trail. Top-class breakfast with a designated omelette cook (and perhaps the most perfectly fried bacon I have ever had). They are also equipped with a nice spa including swimmingpool, jacuzzi and sauna. Parking included.

Wir waren hier schon öfters. Im Winter ist es ein gutes, praktisches und sehr gut gelegenes Hotel um auf die Pisten zu kommen. Nach dem langen Tag genießen wir das Schwimmbad und die Sauna. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Abends kann je nach Bedarf im Hotel oder anderswo gegessen werden. Gute Parkmöglichkeit.

Klosters is a lovely little town and the hotel is centrally located. We were disappointed on our arrival that there was no car parking available at the hotel and no one to help us and it was snowing heavily. "Parking Available" is advertised on hotels.com however it is not free outside the hotel and not listed until the fine print. Likewise it is listed this hotel offers a kids club- and not until the fine print is it explained there is (a huge cost). Breakfast buffet is good- children's ski school and lift also close.

Preis und Qualität stehen in keinem Verhältnis

Schön waren die leeren Pisten und sehr gut präpariert. Es gibt immer noch sehr lange Schlepper. Leider ist die Schweiz sehr teuer im Vergleich zu Österreich. Alles und Jedes muss bezahlt werden. Das Hotel hat schon bessere Tage gesehen.
