「The door latch on the bathroom was installed backward so the door couldn’t close. The levers did not move it either. The bathtub was very water stained and looked terrible. The tv remote did not work either.」

「They have amazing old art collection waiting for you to explore, the room service is incredibly nice. The parking is excellent they'll have your car ready within 5 minutes. They'll greet you every time you enter, overall amazing experience and if you have any questions you can text them via phone. 」

「Rooms are definitely have not been sound proofed like mentioned in the description. Had trouble hearing our neighbors talking until 3am rwo nights in a row. Contacted staff and no real help in solving the issue. Photos are also little misleading, room only includes your standard bed and bathroom. Otherwise clean and resonably updated.」
