"Super nice hotel steps from train to the slopes - five min train every half hour to the gondola and ski area Facilities are great wet and dry sauna and very nice heated indoor pool Breakfast is amazing fresh and with all kind of bread cheese and meats Isabela was amazing at the food area and Suzan as well at the front desk Rooms are comfy and there is light snacks after ski time which is perfect if you don’t need a big dinner"

"The room was very clean, the location was incredible, and the staff were consistently friendly and extremely helpful. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent - plenty of variety, great quality, and meals we genuinely looked forward to each day. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to enjoy the sauna, pool, or gym facilities, as they closed at 9:00 pm. Given our daily schedule, a later closing time (even 10:00 pm) would have made a big difference. We would have gladly given this hotel a full five stars; however, the sleeping arrangement was disappointing. The “queen” bed advertised was actually two twin beds pushed together, which created a noticeable and uncomfortable seam down the middle. In addition, the sheets and blankets were also twin-sized, requiring separate bedding for m wife and I. This made it difficult and uncomfortable to sleep together under the same covers. Overall, a wonderful hotel in many ways, but the bed setup significantly impacted our comfort during the stay."

"I never leave reviews but this hotel is now my favorite hotel. It is so warm, the staff is i creditable, the massage therapist is the best, the front desk was so helpful, the dinning staff are better than the best restaurants in the U.S., house keeping os the best I have every seen, and Marco in the bar is my new best friend. I wish I could have stayed longer. They are the beat and I look forward to my next visit. Do yourself a favor and book this place for you next vacation."

"We enjoyed our stay and the location was great. The lounge/restaurant area was a lovely space to relax by the fire and have something to eat and drink. The rooms were nice but could do with some extra features like somewhere to put the suitcase and some better lighting (it was too dark). We also found very limited bathroom amenities for a hotel of this standard. For example a one product "does everything" which I find is more of a 3 star hotel feature. "

"Ich war eine Woche lang im Gasthof Eiserne Hand und habe mich von Markus und Michael rundum versorgt gefühlt. Das Frühstück ist wirklich top, alles schmeckt frisch und und jeder Wunsch wird einem erfüllt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und perfekt für eine Person, über das Waschbecken darin habe ich mich sehr gefreut. Das Gemeinschaftsbad und die Gemeinschaftsdusche waren immer sauber und sehr leicht zu erreichen vom Zimmer. Die herzliche Einrichtung im ganzen Haus, das hammer Essen, die Liebe zum Detail und die Liebe zum Beruf werden hier ganz klar deutlich und ich kann jedem nur von Herzen empfehlen hier einzukehren. Ich freue mich jetzt schon auf das nächste Mal!"
