Mattress felt like it was 30 years old. First room had wet bathroom floor and toilet running. 2nd room was ok but doors thin, could hear staff talking people opening doors, did t get much sleep. Toilet had tape to seal between wall and flange.

this property is rather “tired” and requires updating. Specifically in our room the A/C was SO noisy that if we had needed to turn it on, we wouldn’t have been able to sleep. The bathroom tub needs replacing and the shower was extremely weak with low pressure and amount of water coming out. Otherwise, the beds were soft and comfortable, the room was quiet, there were enough towels (some hotels are skimpy on the towel allotment).

I had a family emergency and had to cancel my reservation and Juana the manager had no care to my fiance being sick. He still charged me for the stay, even though I didn’t check in. He is a cold hearted snake. I will never stay at this place and will tell everyone that they only care about money and not their customers. Juanna needs to get the hell out of hotel management.
