Everything about the hotel was extremely good and overall the service was good, except the last day at breakfast the staff were not as helpful. Our room was spacious with great views and it was a good hotel as a base for touring, my only issue was the breakfast finished at 8:30 - that is too early when on holiday!!

夕陽がとても綺麗！！

お世話になりました。 料理はとても満足でした。かなりの種類を提供してくれていました。味も標準より上だと思います。 建物がかなりの前なのか昭和感が残っていて、少し寂しい感じでした。 部屋はリニューアルしていて綺麗でした。 夕陽がとても綺麗に見えました！ 夕陽、景色をもっと全面に押し出してPRすれば良いのにもったいない感じです。 ホテルに着いたときのお出迎えはとても良い雰囲気で嬉しかったです。

晚餐很豐富，飯店的服務人員很迅速 但是早餐顯得很陽春， 感覺飯店都把經費挪用到提供豐盛的晚餐上，但是泡湯環境實在不能跟一般的溫泉飯店比，尤其是2樓的女湯，從4～5年前我去的時候，就很像是游泳池，到現在還是一樣。戶外泡湯周遭的環境也不要用整潔一點…..用一條繩子拉一個小小的警戒線是要幹嘛……？不如拆除沒用處的座椅… 除了外面很安靜的鳥叫聲之外，睡覺是很安靜的，可以享受大自然的鳥鳴聲。 如果你對海鮮晚餐不是很在意的人，其他的溫泉飯店選擇會更好

良くも悪くも伝統的な日本のリゾートホテルです

北海道に13の温泉旅館とビュッフェレストランを展開する鶴賀グループが運営するホテルです。サロマ湖畔にあり、レイクビューの部屋からはサロマ湖とサロマ湖に沈む夕陽を眺めることができます。部屋はそれなりに古さを感じますが、良く手入れされており、広さも十分にあって快適に過ごすことができました。部屋には双眼鏡が備えてあり、サロマ湖に飛来した水鳥を観察することができました。 私たちはビュッフェスタイルの夕食付きのプランで宿泊しましたが、はじめに大きな牡蠣やホタテ、特大の海老（ボタン海老？）などの刺身盛り合わせがテーブルにどんと置かれて、ビュッフェもステーキや蟹の天ぷらなど種類が多く、なかなか豪華でした。 Wi-Fiは通信が速度が遅く不安定な上に暗号化されておらず、改善が必要であると感じました。 車はホテルの玄関口でキーを預けて、移動させてもらいます。
部屋はそれなりの広さがあり快適に過ごせます

今回は１０年ぶりに宿泊したのですが、総合レベルは高いままでした。特に夕食・朝食は一級品で満足度かなり高めです。今回北海道で７泊しましたが、最も料理が美味しかったのがここです。サロマ湖周辺でおすすめの宿です。また予約します。

ハイクラスの宿ではありません。

ネット上の評価が高かったので期待していましたが、がっかりしました。 古くても清潔感のある宿泊施設は数多くあるのに　ここは違いました。 また　チェックイン時の手際が悪く　イライラしました。 食事はまあまあですが、皿の配置が悪く　皿を探してウロウロするような状態でした。 全体に利用者目線で　サービスを考えていないと感じました。
