The check-in happens in another place (15 min away by foot) which is a guesthouse. I went there by 4 pm and found no one (even though it is mentioned everywhere that check-in time is between 4 pm...

Nishitetsu Resort Inn Beppu

Nishitetsu Resort Inn Beppu

8/10 Good
"Everything was great, only thing I wish I had known beforehand was that I had too many tattoos or too big ones to be able to use the hotel’s onsen(public bath) but that’s no one’s fault, really. Other than that it was a great one night’s stay!"
