"The room was extremely dusty and dirty. There was hair in the bathroom and the room smelled musty. The deadbolt was broken and the refrigerator had to be unplugged because it was so loud. "

"⭐️⭐️ Disappointing Experience – Accessibility Request Not Honored I recently stayed at Legacy Vacation Resorts Kissimmee while celebrating my mother-in-law’s 79th birthday, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. I specifically requested a handicap-accessible, downstairs room well in advance due to her mobility needs. When I checked in, I was told that the room number I had been assigned online was given to someone else, and instead we were placed in an upstairs unit, which was extremely inconvenient and stressful given the circumstances. It appeared that our accessibility request was not honored at all. To make matters worse, none of the self-check-in machines were working, forcing guests to wait in a long line. We stood there for at least 30 minutes, largely due to inefficiencies at the front desk and an extended complaint being handled while others waited. The check-in process was very poorly managed. Once in the room, the overall condition of the property was underwhelming. The carpets were dingy, the room had a musty odor, and it was clear the unit was dated and in need of updates. This was not the quality or comfort we expected. Accessibility requests should be taken seriously, especially when clearly communicated ahead of time. Unfortunately, between the check-in issues, the room reassignment, and the condition of the property, this stay did not meet expectations and added unnecessary stress to what was meant to be a special family trip."

"Terrible experience only two elevators at either end of massive property. Very limited parking. Landlord special on the rooms. Only one outlet on the other side of the room. Hot and cold water were switched in the shower. Shower entrance was opposite controls so you had to get soaked with cold water to turn it on. Two options boiling hot or freezing cold."

"Not recommended. Was changed to 3 different rooms. All rooms bad odors. Never will stay there again. Not worth it "

"the bed had a sheet with a decorative banner type thing across the foot of the bed, no blanket or bed spread, they put a blanket on a shelf if you wanted to use one. i've never seen a bed without a blanket or bed spread in any hotel. the soap and shampoo dispensers didn't work. the Wi-Fi was erratic. "

"Breakfast was not that great, very limited and low inventory. Rooms were clean however. Outside property is terrible. "
