「是公寓式酒店管理，到大堂管理員會call Agent 到來協助check-in，Rossie好熱誠帶我們上房，為我們安排15樓，房間同照片一樣，景觀很好…正正對着接吻橋，晚上可以全天候欣賞煙花，房間也很整潔，床舖也很舒適，如有什麼問題也可以用WhatsApp對話，非常方便。。步下行10分可到達纜車站及小鎮食肆，按摩店夜市等。下次再來也會再入住。」

「A newer hotel just 10 minute walk to where the nightly fireworks are staged. The breakfast that was included was at another Lotus hotel, just a 5 minute walk but they also provided a golf cart ride there. The breakfast had about 10 choicest, which was good, but no coffee etc included, just a glass of water. The staff were nice and helpful knew some English. When we booked it included 2 tickets on the cable car to the island with the water park. So a huge saving on the price. A great deal.」

「No beach view, and the beach is far from the hotel. There are many mosquitoes, the private pool lacks a filtration system and is not clean. The homestay only has a metal gate, and the front door cannot be locked—security is only provided by guards outside the compound. No sea view, no gym, not close to the beach, and no free shuttle service. The only advantages are the well-designed interior facilities and the host's willingness to communicate. 」

「Et familie vennlig og koselig hotell med utmerket personale, Toni(hotel manager) og hans besetning gjorde oppholdet perfekt. Lokasjon er også meget fin, det som kanskje var litt merkelig, men det gjaldt hele område egentlig.. mange bygg var tomme🫣 men det ble forklart med økonomisk utfordringer etter covid, kommer vi tilbake om 2 år vil vi merke store endringer ble vi lovet☺️」

「We were redirected to stay at The Sea Residences which is one of the same apartment blocks in that series. Housekeeping was once every two days but they did a fantastic job. Amazing views of the sea horizon and fireworks from the balcony. No issues with transport as there are always buggys/Grab cars and Xanh SM drivers waiting around to offer you a ride. The place is 30mins to the main Duong Duong city area/and the airport. There are a handful of places to explore in this Sunset town area for...

「Staff are so gd, helpful n cheerful. Breakfast is unbelievably gd n choices. Prompt action for any complaints are extremely appreciated. It’s a gd example for 5 stars hotel service standard n it’s fully matched. Highly recommended to stay as price for quality 」

「Great location with a great view, but need better cleaning, it was dusty under the table and around the mini fridge area. There were ants on the vanity tops in the bathroom, and you can visibly see toothpaste splatters/splashes all over on the amenity/vanity tray in the bathroom」
