I travelled to Giza with my young son for a long weekend in Jan 2026 and we stayed at the pyramids View.
We landed in the evening and were held up at passport control for ages. Thank goodness airport transfer was included in the price of the booking which took away the stress of having to work out how taxis work with a small child in tow at night.
We had one of the rooms at the front of the property and could sit on our balcony each evening and gaze at the pyramids and spinx - - uninterrupted views .
The hotel team were exceptionally welcoming and patient with my boisterous son . sheriff at front desk organized all of our tours and Mohamed our guide was happy to detour to a metro station because my son loves trains.
We recommend the organized Nile cruise dinner and belly dancing evening .
The local area is bustling with hawkers, camels, horse carriages and taxis. It isn’t a quiet area!
There’s also a Pizza Hut and kfc 2mins walk away from the hotel.
