"I chose to write this review after staying at three different hotels in Kinshasa during the same trip, which gave me a good basis for comparison. Of the three, this is definitely a hotel I would consider returning to, particularly because of the quality, professionalism, and training of the staff.
From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly and welcoming. I was greeted with a complimentary drink, check-in was quick and efficient, and I was promptly directed to my room. The overall standard of the hotel, including the elevators and restaurant, was good. Breakfast was included and offered a diverse selection.
My room was spacious and included a balcony with a nice view of the city. The main area that needs improvement is the plumbing, which is showing its age and would benefit from an update.
The location is another major advantage. The hotel is in Gombe, with convenient access to downtown Kinshasa, major sites, and transportation. Local taxis are readily available, so you do not necessarily need to rely on more expensive private transportation to get around central Kinshasa.
Security was also very good and deserves recognition. Overall, I had a positive experience, and this is definitely a hotel where I would feel comfortable staying again, including with my family on a future visit."
"Overall, this was a good place to stay. The hotel is in a safe and convenient location, with easy access to downtown Kinshasa, shops, and major transportation options.
One downside is that the windows are not well soundproofed, so noise from construction around the property can be heard from the rooms. I also noticed that some of the finishing details in the building appear to have been completed rather quickly and could have been done more carefully.
Despite these issues, I had an overall positive experience and would consider this a convenient place to stay when visiting Kinshasa."
"The Hotel is nice ,sick, the room was very clean ,the staff were very friendly , it is a family friendly service, the Hotel was nearby a shop called Kin marche, which make buying stuff easy. They had a variety of different foods which me and my husband liked. The only thing that my daughter did not like was the cereal that she found chewy instead of crunchy. Suggesting that maybe they should change the cereal very 3 days."
