Nice house, little bare bones but did the job and took care of our family. The rooms are as pictured and the beds were comfortable. The layout is nice and simple with a good open kitchen / living room with a nice TV to watch shows or play board games in. The owners were understanding and communicated through the app within hours, we never saw them personally but the key was right where they said and easy to get to and use. Good people.
The house delivers what it promises, and is a good deal for the money. Overall I am happy with our visit.
Small issues:
The front door is very narrow. Turn sideways to enter narrow. Hard with bags.
The hot water is limited and had sediment when first used (not a big deal, but a surprise.) It is easy to go through the tank quickly. Six people taking showers takes hours waiting on the tank to reheat.
The washer and dryer are very loud and very slow. You can't really use the living room to relax while doing laundry. The washer sounds like an endless high pitched fart, which the kids found hilarious but made relaxing with a movie while it was running impossible. Just plan ahead on usage. The dryer takes 3+hours to do one load and still isn't very effective.
There is not *really* a view of the ocean - If you are tall, stand on tiptoe at the right spot on the property, and stare towards the horizon, you will eventually realize there is an ocean there so there is technically a view, but not really.
Still overall a good place&nice people.
