At night there was random screaming from all around, like it was mad max. The heating was terrible and the room was cold all night. Couldn’t sleep much at all and decided right there to switch to a real hotel. Idk who took the photos but they did a great job tricking customers into thinking that this was a decent place. Absolutely awful, basically a silent hill experience. I loved how close it was to the train station, very walkable and convenient location! Only gripe was the AC does not work very well, it wasn't hot but defiantly wasn't cold at the max setting. There was a sign up explaining that there wasn't a designated AC per room, but rather for the whole hotel, so custom settings wouldn't work well. "First, there is no hot spring within the suite even it has a tub. The tap hot water needs 15+ min warm up time and the water temperature is very difficult to adjust. The entire ryokan is old and outdated. The meals were average at best. The famous nearby hot sand bath experience was over rated. The service is good overall. "
