The pool was very nice! The hotel was very clean,comfortable,staff helpful ,and delicious coffee in the lobby and at meals..the breakfast buffet was very good!!

Best Western Plus Kingston Hotel And Conference Center
The amenities were really lacking. The pool was closed. The game room was closed and when we asked that the games be turned on, they said they would do it but did not. The expensive breakfast was awful. While the towels in my room were replaced with clean ones the used k-pods in the room were not ...
