The overall condition at the property was quite clean and well maintained, this made our stay enjoyable. It is also centrally located in the heart of New Kingston which makes it walkable to shops and services in the area. The staff were quite friendly and ready to help if anything was needed. We weee also offered a free upgrade to one of their suites, which was quite an amazing gesture on their side.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a pleasant and enjoyable experience. The entire staff are amazing, friendly and welcoming. Tatiana at the front desk is a highly professional and most pleasant staff to work with. Patrick at the bar is the people’s favorite, he is patient and courteous. Martain, the Bell-man alway carries a pleasant smile on his face, which represents the unspoken word, “welcome”. Last but not least, Mrs Powell and Mr. Franklin are two managers who understand the importance of making their guests comfortable, and ensure the guests are treated well during their stay at the hotel. Overall, the rooms are spacious with great decor and well made up beds with crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet carries a variety food to choose from.
