「What was the benifits we should have received. We were also not able to receive an upgrade because we did not purchase directly from the hotel.」

「The hotel, room and breakfast everything is great. The only thing is that there was a construction across of the street and they did some noise at the mid night.」

「Very respectful staff, comfortable and clean environment. I really loved the view from the pool side ☺️ very convenient dining, Beach, cane river falls, authentic jerk chicken and pork 😋 I would definitely stay there again. Oh yea the airport is approximately 15mins away can't beat that !」
