"Really beautiful hotel and property , staff was efficient and accommodating to our special trip. We had a room on the main floor which was updated very tastefully with a view of the courtyard and fire pit area. Bar had a really cool vibe inside the hotel and The rooftop bar was also nice with a great view. Only down side was the bed was a little uncomfortable and you could hear the people above us. Other wise would definitely recommend staying here and will be coming back on our return to Newport !"

"Great location! Although parking is crazy because their lot is also a public parking lot. No valet. The staff was ok, some were nice and polite enough some acted like they were paying us to stay there. Our stay was okay but there is nothing special about this hotel, it’s a bit outdated, no special touches, and the costumer service was lacking. Didn’t feel any different from a Hampton Inn, yet for the daily rate I was definitely expecting more than just paying to be in a great location."
