"This house had everything a large family could want. A secluded (but not isolated), beautiful large yard both front and back. A river, bamboo forest, old growth trees and large covered porch with ample seating and table. I wish we had longer to stay to enjoy a nice campfire in their rustic fire pit. It looks like a great fishing spot as well though I didn't have time to try. Shopping wasn't to far away so a plus there as well. The house itself was large had a nice sized kitchen, family room...

"Room was clean- good for basic stay"

"When we arrived and went up to check in our room (627), there had been a HVAC unit at the end of the hallway that leaked onto the carpet. A staff member was shampooing the carpet, vacuuming and had a large fan sitting out. The smell was horrible. We went in our room and the smell seemed to be limited to the hallway. However, during the middle of the night, we did wake up and the smell was coming into the room. When we went to check out, I asked about the situation and what was happening. The staff member explained the situation to me and said she wasn't aware of the issue until she came in that day and that the rooms were going to be closed off now (after we checked out). So they wouldn't put anyone else on the 6th floor until it was resolved. No offers to reimburse or any points or anything. Only her apologies. I wouldn't stay here again simply due to the fact that they KNEW about this situation before we checked in and still put it in the room right beside the issue. Idiots. Marriott -- do better !!"

"No blow dryer. Cheap furniture and sheets and pillows and towels. Towels were super small and no hand towels. Poor water pressure. No clear instructions for check out. Pros - Air was cold and decently clean. Close to campus Go through the hotel site directly or call as will cost less."

"When we checked in a man was cooking sausage on the waffle iron. The smell was strong. When we returned from dinner the area had been sprayed and the smell was gone. When we entered our rooms the odor was musty, dirty. I had Fabreeze with me and that helped in both rooms. In the bathroom- the metal tissue cover was rusty! The metal vent cover in the upper wall was bent in spots and missing parts. Not a place we would return to. This was the third Comfort we had stayed at on this trip. It was by far the worse. Not what we expected for a Comfort."

"I liked the it was located by a pizza hut that was closed to kill the cockroaches and an animal cremation furnace. I did not like the horrible breakfast or the fact that in FOUR DAYS and repeated requests our room WAS NEVER CLEANED ! Trash emptied 1 time towels twice , NO wipe down , mopping ,vacuuming and NO CLEAN SHEETS ! Management acted like its no big deal "we clean on a rotating schedule " which i took to mean every other month , possibly quarterly . ALL I know is that I've NEVER stayed at a hotel that was SUCH A DUMP that they would let a guest go FOUT DAYS W/O CLEANING THE ROOM , well until now. NEVER AGAIN ! HOLIDAY INN and EXPEDIA should both be ASHAMED !"
