"We had trouble with the tv in our room. The staff was very accommodating in getting to our concerns quickly. When unable to correct the issue, they offered options on how to proceed. We’d like to shout-out to Carol who addressed the problem quickly & made sure it was resolved to our liking. She was very kind."
