"Nice room, great location, didn’t try the food but staff were helpful and friendly. They were able to instruct and direct the group of ten men who joined me and the wife for a Bukkake Party in our room. Would use again as free parking and plenty of places to eat in the area. "

"The staff were warm and welcoming on our arrival. One of the rooms in our party was for a person with an electric wheelchair. The accessible room was perfect. There was room around the bed to get around and the bathroom was petfect for transferring. The other rooms were laid out for comfort and convenience. There was even a fridge in every room, which we all loved. The air conditioning was perfect for me as I like my room cool to get a good nights sleep. My only criticism would be the reduced menu over the Christmas period especially if you have people with food allergies in your party. The kitchen staff went above and beyond to meet our needs hence my 5 star review. Would definitely stay there again and have already recommended the hotel to all my family and friends. Well done.."

"Did not feel safe here. “Restaurant” consisted of microwaved pizza or pasta - there is no kitchen. This place is more like a hostel. Tiny room. Dark hallway off of the parking lot, up a flight of stairs was the “reception”. Unsavoury characters hanging out in lobby tried to corral my 78 year old mom outside at night. Within a few hours of being there we told reception we were checking out next day. Because we booked on Hotels.com and had to prepay our stay, the Ibis is refusing to refund our other two nights. This is absolutely unacceptable. Hotels.com needs to do better and insist on refunding the balance of our stay. The Ibis should not even be on this booking site. The “good” reviews are untrue. Avoid like the plague. "
