「We booked 7 nights for ski. When we realized there is no snow and we decided to leave early. We called the management on the 1st night and ask if we can have partial refund for the rest of the days. 「The location is amazing, 20 meters walk to the ski run. 3 minutes walk to the hot-tub one level below. The property has a single user deep hot-tub in one of the bathrooms. The building has a general use laundry room. The unit only had one Topper ware set.」
