「因為轉機的關係，我們巴士到達二世谷的時間已是晚上10點半，飯店非常貼心還特地派專車到巴士站載我們，讓我們免去在雪地裡大包小包行李及奔波的辛苦。房間很有設計感也非常乾淨，該有的小設備從bose藍牙喇叭到廚房的電鍋及洗衣機等一應俱全，而且都是很好的品牌的電器，用的很開心。冰箱裡甚至還幫我們準備了果汁牛奶培根及奶油及麵包等等，非常貼心。飯店距離雪場也還算近，走路3分鐘就可以到市區，6分鐘可以到雪場，非常方便。但飯店還是很貼心的提供接送服務，甚至是去餐廳或是其他地方，只要提早預約，甚至可以直接從另一個雪場接我們回飯店，不要小看這服務，在旺季的時間，在當地可是連要花錢叫Uber都叫不到的！非常棒的服務，非常喜歡^^」

We had some trouble accessing the key because of the language barrier, but once we realized the Union flag at the top of the instructions was a tab to translate to English, everything was clear. 「Prime location in Niseko Hirafu area, there isn't many location better than this. Room are spacious, clean, loaded with supplies and kitchenware. Staff are nice and helpful. Me and my family had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended! 」
