「The property was clean and very nice for us the only downfall were the stairs as we had an elderly couple with us」

「We arrived to the hotel after a 14 hour work day and could not get in. This is a terrible way to run a hotel, there’s no one to call or any way to gain access to the rooms after a certain which is NOT MENTIONED WHEN YOU BOOK.」

「Our apartment was nicely updated and clean except for the duvet cover that wasn't cleaned before our stay. You could tell because there was a blood stain on it. The mattress needs to be changed as it was very uncomfortable. There was supposed to be a sofa bed but was more of a day bed with a child size pull out bed under the couch so was falsely advertised. Very close to blue mountain so that was nice. 」

「Good location for accessing the Bruce hiking trails. The unit was fairly well equipped for the kitchen. The temperature was set at 19C and it was not accessible to change (no remote or thermostat that was indicated in the notes provided prior to check in). Fireplace was also not accessible as per the notes provided. (No remote). The hot tub beside the swimming pool was filled but only Luke warm. The duvets on the beds were winter weight, so we woke up often to take the duvet off or on. A light...

「Bed not comfortable at all, there was this suffocating perfume smell inside the appartment, we could taste it it was so strong. And seems like a lot is fallong apart in the unit. Communication was good with Trillium」
