"The breakfast buffet was worth it. Really delicious. The rooms were nice. The location allowed for walking to many of the sites. We had 2 of the smaller kings and it worked well for one person but pretty tight for 2 with large suitcases. No closet but one large drawer. The problem was the air conditioning. It’s automatically programmed to go off at night. That’s when you are in the room and need it on! The cover is heavy so keeping the room cool was necessary. If I had a top sheet? That would have worked fine. I requested one and never got it. It turns off around 11 so every night at 11:30 I woke up hot and turned it back on. In my room, that handled it and it stayed on the rest of the night although the fan dropped to the lowest setting. In the other room, my son got up 4 times every night to turn it back on. He called the desk and asked them to allow his room to stay on. They said they could put an override on it but nothing changed. You go to a hotel to sleep. Leave the air conditioning on at night. Or have a lighter cover option. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel."

"The air condition was not working in our first room and after the second nice the staff kindly relocated us to a new room. While the new room had working air conditioning and slightly bigger, the shower drain was clogged and we rushed our showers to not cause a flood. We did mention this to the hotel staff, but it went unfixed. Overall, good hotel in a prime location to downtown and all the touristy things to do in Dublin."

"Nice air conditioned rooms in a great location. They are small but that’s what you’ll get anywhere in Dublin. We had a water bottle filler right outside our room which was very nice! There’s also a car park right across the street if you’re planning on roadtripping around the country like we did, this is a great place to start. Would stay again!"

"The room size (one bedroom with a living room with pull out sofa) was good as was the price. The furnishings were fine and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen area was stocked with the "stuff" one would expect. Overall it was a good experience and I would stay at the property again. Having said that...there is room for some improvement. No deal breakers but constructive feedback. 1. Don't put the soup dispenser that is near the bathroom sink over the "cup" and its holder. Even if a person uses it to hold their toothbrush...too much chance for soap to drip in or on. 2. The shower door was not long enough to cover the opening to the shower. I know this was intentional. It was not a good choice. The water will splash out of the open portion of the door (around 33% of length of the shower). There is no drain in the floor. Combined with the steam build up...everything is wet. NOTE - The next couple of suggestions are more nitpicks...where the previous observations are more significant.) 3. The sink is very small...I understand the space saving purpose...but it was too small (in my opinion). 4. The venting from the bathroom is passive. put an exhaust fan in...it would help a lot. I will reiterate...I would book at the hotel again without reservation. The suggestions are likely not likely in the current hotel...but in future builds something to take into account."

"Overall experience was excellent. Front desk was more than helpful. One issue...front desk booked our dinner reservation for the restaurant. When we arrived, we were told we had no reservation. Returned to front desk and they straightened it out. However host was rude remainder of the evening and service was beyond terrible. Unfortunately we cannot recommend eating here."

"From the moment we arrived the staff was accommodating and helpful. The room was immaculate. The cleaning staff were spot on. The breakfast buffet is a definite add on that should be done. The food was really good and there were plenty of choices to fix it up during our stay. The bar and restaurant are very good as well. The location is a plus. You are smack in the middle of just about everything Dublin has to offer. No need for a car you can walk to everything within 20-30 minutes tops."
