Middelmådig reception og særdeles kølig modtagelse
Værelset var fint, ingen rengøring eller oprydning de første døgn på badeværelse med håndklæder og toiletpapir samt servietter. Ualmindelig arrogant og tydeligt snobbet og nedladende herre receptionist med en elev. i baggrunden, der ikke vidste hvor han skulle gøre af sig selv. Receptionisten værdigede os ikke et blik og havde mere travlt med at forklare sin tyske "kunde" i telefonen om hotellets fortræffeligheder. Vi taler og forstår udmærket tysk på højt niveau men han henvendte sig til os på engelsk, da han så vores pas!? Han burde have et kursus i kundebetjening og være obs på gæster i stedet for at snobbe videre med ligegyldig snak om hotellets fortræffeligheder i telefonen. Vi ventede i over 5 minutter før han "gad" tage sig af os og to andre som stod og ventede. Man hilser ikke og sige hverken goddag eller andet - flot facon, virkelig flot! læs not/nicht!!! Morgenmad og restaurant personale samt øvrigt var til UG. Søde og venlige personaler på gangene og ved morgenmaden. Ikke et sted vi ønsker at besøge igen, hvilket ikke mindst skyldes den såkaldte "garvet" herre receptionist som sandelig var en fin, fin mand. Vi havde valgt suprior room men følte vi var af lavklasse i hans øjne!

This hotel is situated at the Kiel waterfront (near ferry port) and opposite to the Main Train station. It is fully renovated with spacious rooms and a lot of daylight owing to large windows. Breakfast is a bit problematic as you have to queue for the table…
