The Grand Hotel Birmingham
Staff were not knowledgeable about their own services. Room was clean but bed was not a king size as advertised. It was a queen at best. All we could hear all noght were the aircon units outaide the window that was closes. Bed was awful. Bouncy and not secure so when you sat on the bed it rolled ...
