「The hotel is very new and cozy. The staffs are nice. Super close to JR station, lots of restaurants and shops around, will come again for my next visit to Tokyo.」

「The only con I have to mention about this hotel is that exits really aren't labeled clearly. Yokohama is massive station and depending on which transit system you're using, you MAY have to climb a flight of stairs, walk across aong path, before you can get to a hotel. If you're taking the city's subway or JR or Keikyu you'll be fine. This is something the hotel can consider offering to guests but I guess since this is primarily a business hotel the idea isn't to always cater to tourists. I had a...
