「The parkland area around the hotel was a nice walk along with the walled garden. The staff was friendly and answered questions patiently. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant was lovely. 」

「What a beautiful village and setting. The old white hart is a wonderful building, original features with tastefully done modern twists. Our double bath was more like a small pool, truly truly spacious. We loved it! 」

「The service is excellent. The breakfast was a bit disappointing. We have stayed there before and the breakfast was excellent then. I object to the soap being in these dispensers especially in the shower. Have any of the staff tried to use them in the shower? It is almost impossible to get your hand under the spout especially if, like me, you have balance problems.」

「Great communication from host on how to check in. Very clean and modern room, complimentary coffee/tea/sugar as well as some bikkies. Felt very secure as there are 2 doors that need a code just to get into the building. Bed and pillows were comfy and a great bathroom with lots of space. Only downside is that it's not very sound proof, you can hear whenever someone enters the hall or outside, but other than that, highly recommended!」

「Paul met us on arrival. Explained everything clearly. Very helpful and friendly. Dirty around property meaning on the main path outside property burst and rotten and smelly rubbish all along path guessing the council bin men have had strike action and council not quick enough to clean area up thoroughly.」
