家族経営？のアットホームなホテルでした。 みなさん親切にしてくださいました。 ヒヴァの城壁内の外れにありますが、 ヒヴァ自体が小さい街なので全く問題なかったです。 朝食が豪華で美味しかったです。 オススメです。

到着後すぐお茶をいただける！

ホスピタリティにあふれるやさしいスタッフでした。小さい町なので、観光に出かけて帰ってきて休んで、夕ごはん食べに行って夜景見て帰ってきて、と動きやすかったです。アメニティは石けんくらいしかありません。ベッドも少しヘタっていましたが、窓から砂漠の町の風景が少し垣間見えるのも風情があってよかった。冷房も完備、バスタブつきのお部屋で満足でした。

Lovely hotel - in the old city, slightly off the beaten track by the south gate but still just a few minutes walk from the centre. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the girl on the front desk. Excellent breakfast.

最初使用した部屋で、すぐトイレが壊れてしまったが、事情を話すと部屋を変えてくれました。テレビが付かなかったり、シャワーのお湯が出なかったり、冷蔵庫が無かったりと不便はありましたが、何よりスタッフが皆とても親切に対応してくださったので、不満はありません。ホテル自体は新しくはありませんが、木製の彫刻が施されたお洒落なホテルです。部屋はとても清潔でした。フロントの方は英語を話せますし、朝食時も簡単な英語なら通じます。なお、ホテル向かいに小さな商店がありますが、相場よりとても高かったので、こちらはあまりオススメしません。

バス付きのお部屋は嬉しかった。出来れば、シャワーの温度がもう少し高い設定が出来る方が日本人的に嬉しいです。落ち着いた部屋の雰囲気と食堂の豪華さは素晴らしい。最後に贅沢を言えば共用でもいいので、冷蔵庫があればなお良し。個人的な意見なので参考にしなくていいです。

We stayed in Shaherezada for two nights and had a wonderful time in Khiva. The girl in the front desk Makhsuola is helpful all the way for the two days.She helped us to get the airline tickets and arranged car services for us to market and airport since those places are not close to the old town .she even let us stay to midnight without charge since our flight to Tashkent is in the middle of the night. Wonderful time in Khiva .Staying in Hotel Shaherezada is a great choice and thanks again Makhsuola for making our stay more enjoyable .

Great Service

Our stay at the hotel was excellent - great location inside the old city and comfortable room. However, what I want to emphasis is the help that the hotel gave us before our visit. They informed us that Urgench airport was closed and that flights were being redirected to Nukus about 4-5 hours drive away. Expedia when I wrote to them said that this was not the case and flights were still operating. The hotel was right and Expedia wrong! I was grateful that the hotel arranged the late night pick up from Nukus. Local knowledge is very helpful when travelling in Uzbekistan and the hotel staff excelled in this. Expedia failed at this and then alerted is to a change in our onward flight that wasn't at all changed.

Great place!

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Spacious clean room. Ac worked very well. Excellent breakfast. Wi-Fi worked very well. Very good location in the old city. Small shop just on the other side of the street. I would definetely stay here again!

Great hotel with perfect location and good service

We stayed at the hotel for two nights in July 2018 and were very happy. The hotel i situated just inside the city wall and with close walking distance to everything there is too see in Khiva. The room was spacious and clean. You feel very welcomed by the hotel staff and the whole place really has a personal feeling. Service was absolutely fabulous! Breakfast very nice and served in a beautiful hall. Just outside the hotel is a small convenience shop were you can buy food, snacks or water.

Couldn't have been better

The hotel is very well situated, withing the old historic part of Khiva, yet away from the main streets with all the tourists and shops, hence very quiet, I had some of my best sleep ever here! Nice views from the roof terrace, great service (the English spoken is quite minimal, but the attitude is wonderful, so no real problems of communication) and the room was spacious and clean. When there was a problem with the shower (*we* broke it), they fixed it the same day, no issues! I'd definitely stay nowhere else in Khiva.

My stay disturbed and derogated by Expedia

After checking in, I was notified by a staff of Shaherezada that Expedia did not transfer my payment to the hotel. The following customer support was literally terrible. At last, I had no way but to do double payment. All Expedia's replies to my cancel request were off the point, which did not enable cancellation & refund before my leave from the hotel. What is worse, the staff said that this sort of non-payment by Expedia continues for one year. Moreover, according to her, despite the hotel's discontinuation to use Expedia, Expedia continues to receive reservations. I will never use Expedia. Require Expedia not to repeat this sort of problem.

Wifiとシャワーが弱点

「木彫り職人のホテル」という触れ込みに違わない趣で、ドラクエの宿の実写版みたい。玄関の扉の彫刻からして見事。3階屋上からの旧市街の眺望も絶品。スタッフたちは概ね親切で、フロントを仕切る若い兄ちゃんは英語堪能。朝食は簡素で、パンとオムレツ、チーズ、ハム、キュウリ、トマト、リンゴ、ミカンといったところ。極めて残念なのはwifi。この国では全体的に遅くて不安定なのだが、ここは悪いほうで、ブラウジングもままならない。さらに、私は端の部屋だったせいで、自室ではネットを全く使えなかった。シャワーも超弱く、ロングヘアーの女性は多分まともに洗髪できないと思う。ただし、値段が設備相応に安いので、私としてはギリギリ許容範囲。なお、洗濯はぼったくり価格。
