I inquired about room service and was told by the front desk clerk there was room service I attempted to obtain room service and found out that in fact there was none. When I brought this to the attention of though same Front Desk clerk, she listened, then averted her eyes and ignored me.

It was ok. The pool area was average at best. There's a huge area to one side of the pool that was empty.
