Super friendly staff. Self serve keyless entry. Room was small but clean and efficient. Quiet neighborhood but close enough to nightlife and crazy bar scene if that’s what you want. Would stay again.

A good walking distance to Duval, away from the noise. Close walking to a few other out of the way places, which was nice. Room AC worked well and rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable about places to visit and directions to get there. You can Uber from the hotel to anywhere for a reasonable fee and it’s pretty quick and easy.

Convenient location but noisy. Lots of landscaping work and substantial airplane noise. Room was very small but clean. Needs at least one comfortable reading chair.

Great communication and service. Host was incredibly friendly and there for any needs. House was a few blocks a way from things, but not a big deal walk. It was a quiet area.

Great accommodations, Panama Suite was perfect. Very clean, well stocked, great amount of space, and park outside the front door was nice! Perfect location, very walkable to everything, but just far enough away to where it was very quiet. Great communication by staff as well. I highly recommend!

Highlights: Overall, great quiet location. Clean, accommodating, nice amenities, friendly service. Would absolutely recommend you stay here! Beautifully restored, clean and welcoming. We loved the small touches this place offered. Dehumidifier in the room, a fan, nice ac unit, filtered water downstairs and complimentary coffee and adult beverages. Would definitely return, will probably return. The only caveat was waking up to construction in the morning. I think they were wrapping up the construction when we were leaving, however.

We loved our room, it was nicely done and didn’t feel like a motel room does. The owners were very friendly and helped us when needed. Made sure our room was stocked with things we needed. Will definitely stay there again.

Our stay was fabulous. Probably one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed. Thank you. If I had to say anything negative at all, it would be about the parking. We did find parking with a block or two, but realized we needed to walk when we could. I realize this is not "The Inns" fault, but some designated parking would have been convenient. All in all our stay was delightful and yes we would definitely choose the Inn on Frances again. Loved the Keys and Key West.

Our stay was perfect! Bottle room 6 was the perfect size to sleep/shower/get ready for the day and evening! Its close to all of the main areas like Duval but far enough for some peace and quiet. It was very clean! We will definitely be staying here again next time!

This is an incredible property… gives you a true Key West experience… the host/owners are super nice and accommodating but not over bearing… the facility is up to date and super clean… not some rubber stamped hotel… it’s unique and quaint… A++++++ If you don’t like this place then you’re not going to like Key West either…
