Located in the heart of downtown, the hotel is situated amid vibrant nightlife and city activity; for a quieter experience, requests for upper-floor rooms can be made. The staff was exceptionally friendly and consistently helpful, making the stay more comfortable. The gym was modern and well-equipped, and the rooms were kept very clean, reflecting good maintenance standards."

"Stay there at your own risk. There is no parking, no bath towels, it smells like Newports, and everyone from Baltimore hangs on the corner approaching you asking for a dollar. I was so disappointed because I have stayed at La Quinta in other locations. This one looks nothing like the ad that is posted on Expedia. "

"This was my second stay at Hyatt Place and it did not disappoint. Reasonable price, great amenities, and friendly and kind staff."

"The air conditioner was loud and big (older model). The bathroom door didn't closes and very small. The furniture was dirty and messy. The area is nice and LGBTQ+ friendly(it could use some cleaning). The building is very noisy. I did clean and use my own towel and disposable sheets. Not a bad place to stay just not for me. "

"We parked our vehicle in the garage at 5:55pm and went right to front desk to check in to our room before we headed over to Orioles game. Stood in line to check in for almost an hour. It was the worst hotel experience I ever had. No sense of urgency whatsoever. Ended up being late for game. Terrible service."
