We got Delayed at our Airport 🛫 and was Extremely late for check-in so after a pleasant phone 📱 call 📞 all got sorted 👍 we had a fantastic comfortable clean fresh room great night's sleep and no issues yes i would highly recommend the elaya hotel

The hotel was nice, and the staff were helpful. The area around the property was more residential. For those with a hire car, hire bike or those who enjoy long walks, the Dutch border isn't too far away. Very walkable and cyclist/pedestrian friendly.

Clean room, minimal necessary amenities, soap and shampoo available. Only one trashcan. Value for money is good

The good. Great modern property with good rooms and restaurant next door. Handy for Weeze airport. The bad - front desk not staffed when it said it would be. Spent ages on phone number to sister hotel to get check in code and was told to wait 30 minutes. Over one hour later had to phone back. Ended up taking 90minutes to check-in. Still haven’t managed to get an invoice for stay from them. I would not stay here again. Its a shame as the room quality is very good and there are limited options in this area.

Air conditioning did not work and staff could not fix it. Room wasn't cleaned daily. It operates with only partial staffing, so at times there is no one present to help.

Perfect location for traveling to the airport, however, I would highly recommend booking a taxi well in advance as when we arrived all local services said they were full. Luckily the hotel reception team could be reach via phone and managed to find another company for us.

This is a brand new hotel and stayed there the 4th night they where open. Rooms are fantastic and have just one recommendation and that is to improve very quickly the sound of the flat TV which is enclosed in a fancy box at the wall. Result is a really bad sound quality and spoken words are not good to follow. They should furthermore change the adress at the site Hotel.com The navigation did sent me in the middel of nowhere somewhere in the fields.

Kamer was uitstekend, ontvangst ook helemaal prima. Na inchecken geen personeel meer aanwezig, dus bij late aankomst geen aanspreekpunt. Kamers worden niet elke dag schoongemaakt zogenaamd in het kader van het milieu. Zeg dan gewoon dat het een kostenoverweging is. Douche enkel gescheiden met kamer door glazen douchewand en toilet heeft matglazen wand. Dat is misschien niet voor iedereen prettig. Desondanks hebben wij een prima verblijf gehad. En een heel fijn restaurant naast het hotel.

Einchecken problemlos....Zimmer sehr schön und komfortabel. Trotzdem schmutzige Sofakissen. Heizung im Zimmer auf 24 Grad eingestellt und kann manuell nicht herunter gesetzt werden da zentrale Steuerung. An der Rezeption niemand mehr anzutreffen, man sollte sich telefonisch an ein anderes Hotel wenden. Dort hob jemand nach 5 Versuchen das Telefon ab und versprach einen Rückruf. Dies geschah jedoch nie so dass wi bei schön warmen 24 Grad geschlafen habern ;(
