Very Comfortable and clean

We got Delayed at our Airport 🛫 and was Extremely late for check-in so after a pleasant phone 📱 call 📞 all got sorted 👍 we had a fantastic comfortable clean fresh room great night's sleep and no issues yes i would highly recommend the elaya hotel

The hotel was nice, and the staff were helpful. The area around the property was more residential. For those with a hire car, hire bike or those who enjoy long walks, the Dutch border isn't too far away. Very walkable and cyclist/pedestrian friendly.

Air conditioning did not work and staff could not fix it. Room wasn't cleaned daily. It operates with only partial staffing, so at times there is no one present to help.

Nice value for money modern hotel in Kevelaer.

Clean room, minimal necessary amenities, soap and shampoo available. Only one trashcan. Value for money is good

Perfect location for traveling to the airport, however, I would highly recommend booking a taxi well in advance as when we arrived all local services said they were full. Luckily the hotel reception team could be reach via phone and managed to find another company for us.

This is a brand new hotel and stayed there the 4th night they where open. Rooms are fantastic and have just one recommendation and that is to improve very quickly the sound of the flat TV which is enclosed in a fancy box at the wall. Result is a really bad sound quality and spoken words are not good to follow. They should furthermore change the adress at the site Hotel.com The navigation did sent me in the middel of nowhere somewhere in the fields.

The good. Great modern property with good rooms and restaurant next door. Handy for Weeze airport. The bad - front desk not staffed when it said it would be. Spent ages on phone number to sister hotel to get check in code and was told to wait 30 minutes. Over one hour later had to phone back. Ended up taking 90minutes to check-in. Still haven’t managed to get an invoice for stay from them. I would not stay here again. Its a shame as the room quality is very good and there are limited options in this area.

Kamer was uitstekend, ontvangst ook helemaal prima. Na inchecken geen personeel meer aanwezig, dus bij late aankomst geen aanspreekpunt. Kamers worden niet elke dag schoongemaakt zogenaamd in het kader van het milieu. Zeg dan gewoon dat het een kostenoverweging is. Douche enkel gescheiden met kamer door glazen douchewand en toilet heeft matglazen wand. Dat is misschien niet voor iedereen prettig. Desondanks hebben wij een prima verblijf gehad. En een heel fijn restaurant naast het hotel.

Sehr gutes Preis- /Leistungsverhältnis beim Frühstück, das Personal beim Frühstück war sehr aufmerksam und gleichzeitig angenehm zurückhaltend. Tolle Auswahl beim Buffet, ganz großes Lob! Wir haben uns vor allem wegen des modernen Designs und guten Zustandes für dieses Hotel in Kevelaer entschieden. Die Fenster lassen keinen Lärm von außen rein und das Bett war sehr bequem. Von der Ausstattung her haben uns nur Haken für die Handtücher gefehlt. Der Abfluss in der Dusche roch streng, was sich aber direkt legte nachdem man etwas Wasser laufen lies und wir haben einige Silberfische eliminiert. Gerne hätten wir diese Punkte auch der Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption bei der Abreise mitgeteilt, diese verabschiedete uns jedoch sehr uninteressiert, nur von Weitem mit den Worten "Bitte die Zimmerkarten einfach in den Kasten werfen.". Keine Nachfrage wie der Aufenthalt gefallen hat und kein Abschiedsgruß. Die selbe Mitarbeiterin machte auch den Check-In und teilte uns keinerlei Infos zur Parkplatznutzung, den Frühstückszeiten und den Check Out Zeiten mit.

Sehr schöne modern eingerichtete Zimmer.Die Dusche ist mehr oder weniger halboffen in dem Zimmer integriert...das wc ist natürlich separat und abschließbar. Kann ich auf jedenfall weiterempfehlen
