"We got Delayed at our Airport 🛫 and was Extremely late for check-in so after a pleasant phone 📱 call 📞 all got sorted 👍 we had a fantastic comfortable clean fresh room great night's sleep and no issues yes i would highly recommend the elaya hotel"

"The customer service is non existent- absolutely awful experience. The hotel offers a late check in after reception hours which we requested ahead of time.
