「I was so impressed by this place. The rooms are perfectly designed, very spacious, they contain everything one might need. The residency sits atop a mall, but somehow feels free from the shackles of the city. There is everything you might need in the mall; supermarket, pharmacy, spa. I could have just stayed in the residency and gone nowhere. But it is also conveniently located to move across the city. What a find!」

「It was a scam. Got there, and they had nothing to book. Sent us to a slum location and then to another one that had no functioning street access. Took my money and didn't answer any calls for a refund. I had to initiate a credit card dispute with Expedia. Customer service was the worst.」

「We did not have the room. They had over-booke their accommodation and we ended up looking for a place to stay for the night and getting a refund from expedia. This was purely due to the season greed and they would take money from locals paying more and through out those booked officially as we would get a refund. very inconviniencing and would never book them again. Very poor customer relations 」
