「The hotel location was convenient to a lot of places. The hotel room was dated but very clean and comfortable. The staff were super nice and welcoming. During our stay there was no hot water in the entire hotel and after reporting it to the front desk we received a partial refund for our stay. Things happen and they were friendly and quick to offer a refund. The room needed some maintenance. The bathroom door was so squeaky that the noise woke everyone else when I had to go in the...

「Only issue is that the hot water is on the wrong side of the bathroom sink and shower faucets. Sink faucet has to be turned to the right for hot water, not to the left toward the red dot/hote water indicator. The hot water comes on 1st on the shower faucet not after the cold water.」

「The hotel is located inside the University of Maine campus, which is quiet, safe, and has convenient parking. The rooms seem to be converted from student dormitories, so the layout is different from typical hotels. The bathroom in my room was exceptionally large, almost at a luxury mansion level, and the bed was also big. The room was clean with high ceilings, but there was no desk available for use, which was somewhat inconvenient.」
