「The hotel was under renovation, it was messy and unclean. They told us nothing about the renovation when we booked our room. It felt like a scam!」

「The rooms were clean but dark inside. Could have used brighter lamps or any overhead light in the main area of the room. The rooms seem a little worn and not that inviting. The price was appropriate for what was offered, and the view of the foothills was very nice. The room and surrounding areas were very quiet so it was easy to rest and sleep comfortably. The staff was nice but abrupt. I would stay there again. Thank you!」

「The heater was very noisy. There were three people in our occupancy. On the second day of our stay, we went to the counter to ask for bath towels, but the counter staff were only willing to give us two copies. If I want three towels, l would need to pay.😠 」

「Very convenient and close to softball field for tournament. Friendly front desk staff. Room was very clean and it had everything we needed to cook. Had all utensils plates, pots, and a dishwasher. Full-size refrigerator. Would recommend and will return for future stays. Beautiful property.」

One note: the description did not make it clear that this is the bottom floor of a house. Everything is separate, but this should probably be clearer. We also had to ask about the refrigerator.
